Description
- 使用UG进行（座椅调节或者方向盘管柱调节）电机的3D/2D设计，包括机械结构，子零件，电磁元器件等。
- 制定电机的平台测试规范。
- 与其他国家的博世专家合作开发电机。
- 负责DFMEA 和DRBFM。
- 对失效进行分析，并制定改善措施和验证方法。
- 对电机的NVH进行分析和改进。
Qualifications
- 本科及以上的机械设计或电机设计专业教育背景。
- 5年及以上电机设计工作经验，成功开发并量产过3款以上的有刷或无刷电机。
- 有冲压件，塑料件，装配加工工艺经验。
- 有齿轮传动设计能力【加分项】。
- 可熟练使用UG开展设计工作。
- 较强的学习能力（中文和英文）。
- 较强的协调及汇报能力（中文和英文）。
