We are looking for energetic and motivated interns with Japanese (N2+) and English proficiency to join our team in Project Management, Supply Chain, or Translation & Requirement Management. Apply once, and we’ll match you to the role that best fits your skills, background, and interests

 

  1. Job 1: Project Management Intern

    • Support process-related tasks and documentation.

    • Handle administrative duties: meeting invitations, workshop preparation, meeting minutes, follow-ups, internal website updates.

    • Support organizational activities (onboarding, engagement, automation documentation).

    • Learn and use internal tools to maintain project information in management systems.

  2. Job 2: Supply Chain Intern

    • Support sales back-office projects (BPO) and communicate with Japanese customers for project status and information sharing.

    • Use ERP systems (e.g., SAP) to assist BOSCH units in Japan/Germany/Austria with purchasing, logistics, and sales processes.

  3. Job 3: Translation & Requirement Management Support Intern

    • Input and manage specification documents in the DOORS system.

    • Maintain consistency in attributes/layouts and update changes in the system.

    • Support configuration management, tracking reports, and JP-EN technical translation.

Qualifications

  • Undergraduate student (3rd/4th year preferred) who can work full-time for 6 months

  • Able to provide the official recommendation or introduction letters from the universities  

  • Good communication skills in both Japanese (N2 or above) and English.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams).

  • Positive working attitude, willingness to learn, and high teamwork spirit.

  • Well-organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks.
