Description

• Lead and develop the IT Team of 2-3 employees
• Drive IT strategy aligned with business goals
• Oversee IT projects in ERP Systems (SAP), security, rollouts and integration of external tools
• Control IT budgets, Supplier management, and service providers
• Act as key contact for executives and other departments
• Create a people-centric, supportive team environment based on trust and respect.
• Manage a distributed team in HU & FR

Qualifications

• Degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field
• Proven leadership experience in IT management
• Strong knowledge of ERP Systems (preferred SAP R3)
• Strong understanding of modern IT infrastructures, cloud services, and IT security
• Excellent communication, coaching, and interpersonal skills
• Strategic thinking and problem solving
• Empathy and servant leadership
• Effective stakeholder management
• Project leadership
• Fluent in Hungarian and English
