• Support in Lean processes: 5S, Continuous Improvement Processes (CIP); Employee Suggestion System (ESS); Flow Oriented Layout (FOL); Value Stream Mapping (VSM)
• Support in improvement of processes to increase employees’ satisfaction
• Collecting production management data
• Lean training of employees
• Other tasks given by mentor

Qualifications

• Recent graduate or last year student of Faculty of Mechanical Engineering, Faculty of Industrial Engineering, Faculty of Technical Sciences, Faculty of Organizational Sciences, etc
• Advanced Excel skills
• Proactive and structured work
• Good organizational and analytical skills
• Excellent communication skills and teamwork
• Fluency in English; additional language would be considered as advantage
• Knowledge of Lean management would be considered as advantage
