As a Product Owner, you will drive the development of cutting-edge cloud applications that enhance user experience and deliver real value to our customers. Your mission is to bridge the gap between customer needs and agile development teams, ensuring that every sprint brings us closer to excellence.

Your responsibilities include:

  • Define and prioritize the product backlog to maximize value.
  • Represent the voice of the customer within the development team.
  • Plan releases within project boundaries and ensure alignment with stakeholders.
  • Validate product concepts and user interfaces through user research and feedback.
  • Create mockups and design intuitive user interactions.
  • Collaborate with international teams in an agile environment.
  • Align stories with other Product Owners and Program Managers for seamless delivery.

Qualifications

What distinguishes you:

Education

  • Degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, or related field.

Experience

  • Proven experience as a Product Owner or similar role in agile software development.
  • Familiarity with cloud technologies and UX/UI design principles.

Know-how

  • Strong understanding of Agile frameworks (Scrum, SAFe).
  • Ability to translate customer needs into actionable backlog items.

Languages

  • Fluent in English;

Working Style and Methods

  • Structured, proactive, and collaborative approach. Comfortable working in international, cross-functional teams.

Personality

  • Customer-focused mindset with excellent communication skills. Passion for innovation and continuous improvement.
