1. Sales target achievement with Top Priority Customer responsibility (eg: STP, IO, AR, Inventory, PCR, new project and Market share)

2. Market and competitors information collection and analysis for Top Priority Customers;

3. To Manage and develop Top Priority Customer with Entrepreneurship

4. To develop new target customer with hunter spirit

拥有猎人精神,积极开发新目标客户

5. Commercial responsibility in terms of quotation, contract and price negotiation with customers

报价,合同及价格的谈判及相应的商务责任

6. Proficient in using electronic tools to manage daily work (Robin/PROMIS…)

熟练运用电子化工具管理日常工作(Robin/PROMIS…)

Qualifications

1. Bachelor degree or above in hydraulic, electrical engineering, automation or other related major. Good control theory background as a plus.

液压、电气工程,自动化及其他相关专业本科及以上毕业。具有良好控制理论背景者为优。

2. Team working spirit and effective communication, fluent English communication capability is preferred

3. Willing to travel frequently.

4.understanding of value based business (VBB) and perform it to win profitable business
