Description

  1. Implement sales activities to achieve FA sales target (i.e. Rev, IO, AR, Inventory, New Focus Customer, etc.).开展销售活动以达成FA销售指标 (例如:销售额,订单,应收款,库存,新重点客户等等)。
  2. Identify and seize cross-selling opportunities of customers to ensure DC’s maximum share.识别并抓住客户端的跨产品销售机会,确保DC的产品份额最大化。
  3. Understand and align BU profitable growth strategy (including application, product, pricing, after-market) to drive success in responsible area.理解并协同执行与BU共同认可的盈利增长策略(包括应用,产品,定价,售后市场)以推动负责区域业务取得成功。
  4. Conduct thorough market analysis and stay abreast of customer trends to define business decisions.进行深入的市场分析,了解客户发展趋势,以制订业务发展决策。

Qualifications

  1. Bachelor degree or above in mechanical automation or electrical automation control related. 本科以上学历,机械自动化或电气自动化控制相关专业.
  2. Minimum of 6 years of experience in selling of FA products, familiar with LT market, team leading experience preferred. 至少6年工厂自动化产品的销售经验,熟悉线性技术产品的市场,具有团队管理经验优先.
  3. Experience in working effectively with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives. 跨职能团队有效合作方面的经验,以实现业务目标.
  4. In-depth knowledge of sales and marketing strategies, understand the strength of distribution channel for business development. 对销售和市场营销策略有深入的了解,理解分销渠道对业务的推动力.
  5. Comprehensive understanding of factory automation products (LT etc.), their applications, and the technical aspects of the industry. 对工厂自动化产品(特别是LT)、应用以及行业的技术方面有全面的理解.
