Description
Responsible to implement, maintain and improve maintenance of equipment in SMD center.
Fulfil Value Stream KPI’s: IDC, Technical Down time, MTTR, MTBF, Pick up Reject, Spare parts cost. Update new spares numbers on system. Support new equipment installation, validation on production environment.
Develop maintenance instructions for machines and fixtures, write material to train technicians, and processes for maintenance: Preventive, predictive and corrective.
Qualifications
- Provide Production Support
- Participate actively on new equipment installation on smd center..
- Define and apply TPM (total productive maintenance) activities, schedule, and training.
- Support to develops continues improvement project as part of continuous improvement process (CIP).
- Define reaction plans, troubleshooting guides, and problem-solving techniques for the technical associates (technicians).
- keep the smt process under control according to process parameters.
- Responsible to train technicians on maintenance, machine configuration and process parameters.
- Identify trainings for technicians needed to support their professional growth.
- Ensure emotional and professional balance
- Advanced English.
- Experience in SMT required.
