Description

► Creation of operating instructions for Bosch Power Tools worldwide and corresponding expertise in the area of ​​valid standards, guidelines and country specifications

► Coordination of external agencies 

►  Creation of concepts for reducing existing paper operating instructions according to the new EU Machinery Regulation (EU) 2023/1230 

►  Coordination of User-Tests 

► Creation and adaptation of layouts for our paper and online user manuals (PDF and HTML) 

► Supporting the team based in Germany from Bosch Hungary office remotely 

Qualifications

► Fluent in spoken and written German 

► Fluent in spoken and written English 

► University Diploma (preferred: Mechanical Engineer, Technical assistant) or at least 5 years experience in an engineering environment 

► Knowledge and experience with Schema ST4 required, ideally experience with ST4's Online Media Designer, as well as XML documentation software and at least a basic understanding of XSL, HTML and CSS, or JavaScript  

► Knowledge and experience with SAP 3D Visual Enterprise Author as well as Adobe Illustrator, Adobe InDesign and Adobe Acrobat required 

► Creativity to write texts which are fit for the regulations. Knowledge to structured form creation  

► Experience with design thinking and usability principles is an advantage 

► Structured, Team player, Capable to work in monotony
