Description

• Identify Rexroth products, pumps, and motors to ensure correct model classification, specifications, and service requirements.
• Execute complete in-house service activities—including dismantling, inspection, reconditioning, and testing—in accordance with Rexroth standards.
• Identify component failure types and analyze root causes to define accurate corrective and preventive actions.
• Prepare inspection reports using BeQik tools, record in-house service activities, and create part list recommendations for repair planning.
• Monitor machine maintenance schedules and consumable inventory to ensure smooth operation of the service facility.
• Adhere to Rexroth safety and quality standards during all repair, testing, and documentation processes.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate students from Mechanical engineering
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Good communication skills, people person, and a team player.
• Keen to learn and proactive.
• Willing to perform duties within the workshop environment in accordance with safety and quality standards
• Demonstrate leadership and problem-solving skills.
• Full-time and hybrid work arrangement paid internship for 6 months.
