Domino's Pizza in Pekin, United States, is seeking a friendly and efficient Customer Service Representative to join our team at our 1810 Court St. location. As a Customer Service Rep, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring our customers have a great experience while enjoying our delicious pizzas.

• Answer phone calls and take customer orders accurately and efficiently
• Prepare and make pizzas according to company standards and customer specifications
• Process cash and card transactions, ensuring accuracy in all financial dealings
• Provide exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to food safety and hygiene standards
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during busy periods
• Assist with various cleaning tasks throughout the shift
• Handle and lift items weighing up to 25 lbs. as needed
