Domino's in Phoenix, United States is seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team at our 5030 W McDowell location. As a vital member of our store, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction and maintaining our high standards of service.

• Greet customers warmly and take accurate food orders both in-person and over the phone
• Process payments and handle cash transactions efficiently
• Prepare and make pizzas according to Domino's recipes and quality standards
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment, including food preparation areas and dining spaces
• Assist with basic food preparation tasks and inventory management
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during busy periods
• Address customer inquiries, concerns, and special requests in a professional and friendly manner
• Support other areas of restaurant operations as needed

Qualifications

• Minimum age of {16 } years
• Strong communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with customers and team members
• Excellent multitasking abilities to handle various responsibilities simultaneously
• Basic math skills for processing orders and handling cash transactions
• Attention to detail to ensure order accuracy and maintain cleanliness standards
• Team player mentality with a willingness to support colleagues in different areas of the restaurant

• Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds
• Food handling experience or willingness to learn proper food safety practices
