Your Mission

As our Business Development Manager, you’ll be the driving force behind identifying and securing new business opportunities in the (bio)pharmaceutical sector. You’ll build strong relationships, close impactful deals, and help shape the future of clinical research at SGS.

What you’ll do:

  • 🚀 Lead business growth by identifying strategic opportunities with new and existing clients.
  • 🤝 Build and nurture key relationships in the (bio)pharma industry.
  • 📈 Negotiate and close deals that deliver value to both SGS and our clients.
  • 🔍 Stay ahead of market trends and translate insights into actionable strategies.
  • 🧠 Collaborate with internal teams to align services with client needs.
  • 📊 Maintain and expand our CRM database to support business intelligence.

Qualifications

What You Bring

  • 🎓 Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Life Sciences, Business, or equivalent.
  • 🧪 Solid experience in Clinical Research, CRO, or related fields.
  • 📊 Proven track record: 5+ years in sales or business development in Life Sciences.
  • 💡 Deep understanding of the clinical drug development process.
  • 🗣 Fluent in English; other languages are a plus.
  • 🤝 A collaborative spirit, a friendly approach, and a commitment to making a difference.
