Description

• Expereince in shutdowns for an Oil & Gas field with at least 2 shutdown experience and previous PDO approval.
• Able to work under an extreme time factors and conditions especially during shut down

Qualifications

• Mechanical Engineering or Welding Engineering or Metallurgy

Experience

• Minimum 6 years of inspection experience in construction industries out of which 4 years shall be gained in oil and gas facility construction.
• Solid understanding of local and international codes and standards eg

Certifications

• MDI shall possess CSWIP 3.1 / AWS for welding inspection or equivalent and certified to ASNT / PCN level II in RT, PT, MT, and UT techniques and BGAS Level 2 or NACE CIP level 2 or equivalent.

• Site Mobilization Date 11th Jan 2026 & Demobilization on 1st Feb 2026 (4 Weeks)
• SGS Oman will arrange visa, air tickets, PDO Medical, HSE & H2S as necessary.
