Amazon Fuse team is looking for a driven and talented Partner Growth Manager to support growth for Amazon's subscription services (Prime, Prime Video and more) through 3P partners in Southeast Asia and AU/NZ. This is a partner-facing, and data-driven growth role focused on driving customer acquisition, retention, and engagement through partner-led initiatives. The role involves managing day-to-day relationships with assigned partners, delivering measurable performance through integrated go-to-market (GTM) campaigns, data-led insights, and scalable marketing programs. You will work closely with Business Development, Central Marketing and Partner Growth, Product, Lifecycle Management, and Finance teams to execute impactful campaigns that strengthen partner engagement and grow Amazon's customer base. Key job responsibilities The Partner Growth Manager supports the marketing execution for a set of Fuse partners. You will execute growth initiatives to increase Amazon service adoption, engagement, and revenue performance. Key Responsibilities • Partner Execution & Campaign Management: Manage day-to-day marketing activities with assigned Fuse partners; execute growth campaigns with guidance from senior team members. • Marketing Program Execution: Execute GTM programs leveraging Prime Video content, seasonal tentpoles (Prime Day, major launches), and partner marketing channels. • Cross-Functional Coordination: Coordinate with BD on marketing deliverables, Finance on reporting, and Tech/Product on operational needs. • Reporting & Insights: Track and report on campaign results, flag performance issues, and propose optimizations. Maintain account and campaign accuracy in Lift-analyzer and other tracking systems. • Process Improvement: Contribute to regional or global initiatives related to marketing automation, data reporting, or process optimization. • Stakeholder Communication: Support preparation of materials for partner quarterly business reviews (QBRs) and internal leadership reviews updates (weekly, monthly and quarterly reviews); contribute performance summaries and analysis.
