What is an MNC Insider counselling call?

A paid one-to-one conversation with someone whose background and areas of experience are shown in full before you book. It is scoped to one career or education decision, not to your whole life.

How do I choose the right person?

Start from the decision you are making, then read the full profile. Every counsellor lists the questions they can actually answer, and each of those follows from something in their credentials. Pick whoever has lived closest to your situation.

How much does a call cost?

The fee and the length appear on every card and profile. The amount comes from the booking system and is shown again on the secure payment sheet before anything is charged.

What can I pay with?

UPI, Indian and supported international debit and credit cards, and netbanking, through the payment gateway.

How does the call actually happen?

On Google Meet. After payment you confirm the email for the invite, and we send a calendar invite with the joining link once a time is fixed. We also take a phone number, but that is for the MNC Insider team alone — used only if you do not appear at the call. Counsellors are never given it, and no call happens on anyone’s personal line.

What if you cannot confirm a time?

If we do not confirm a slot within the window shown on your booking — currently 12 hours — the payment is refunded automatically to the method you paid with. You do not have to ask, and you do not get credits instead.

Is this coaching, or resume writing?

Neither. It is a decision conversation. It is not an ongoing programme, not a resume-writing service, and nobody on the call will apply to jobs on your behalf.

Can they get me a job or a referral?

No, and anyone promising that would be selling you something else. What a call gives you is a straight read on your options from someone who has been where you are heading.

Paying for a call

Payment is handled by the gateway on its own secure sheet. MNC Insider never sees or stores your card or UPI details. Refunds always go back to the method you paid with — never to credits.
