Key job responsibilities - Own end-to-end delivery of cross-functional process improvement programs across Amazon's global import operations, from scoping and planning through execution and post-launch measurement - Apply Lean/Six Sigma methodologies to identify cost and speed optimization opportunities, translating data-driven insights into scalable solutions across multiple operational sites - Partner with operations, technology, and finance teams as well as external logistics providers to align priorities, resolve dependencies, and drive measurable improvements in supply chain performance - Develop and maintain KPI dashboards and program status reporting, communicating progress, risks, and recommendations to senior leadership through written narratives and business reviews - Lead cross-functional stakeholder alignment to support new building launches, network changes, and operational enhancements that improve the end-to-end customer experience - Role requires some onsite warehouse monitoring with up to 25% travel across the US. Midday, you might facilitate a Kaizen event with cross-functional partners or build a business case to present to leadership.
