full-timePosted: Aug 18, 2026Updated: Aug 27, 2026Hyderabad, Telangana, India

Job Description

Are you excited about building and owning end-to-end catalog operations for one of Amazon's fastest-growing grocery businesses? We are looking for a Sr. Program Manager to own Wholefoods' catalog operations and vendor migration support within the Grocery Catalog Operations & Intel (GCOI) team. This role is the single-threaded leader for catalog readiness across WFM's expansion into new marketplaces (UK, Canada) and Vendor Central migration (3,500 vendors). You will define program strategy, drive cross-functional execution across 5+ orgs (ASCS, GDO, GMT, Vendor Central, Amazon Retail), and own director-level outcomes. You will build SOPs from scratch, set and enforce SLAs, publish readiness dashboards, and escalate before problems become launch blockers. If you thrive in ambiguity, enjoy building structure where none exists, and want to own outcomes that directly enable cost savings and multi-market grocery expansion - this role is for you. Key job responsibilities - Own end-to-end catalog readiness workback for new WFM marketplace launches (UK, Canada) — from intake through ASIN creation, EPI contribution, validation, and signoff - Define and enforce catalog launch criteria; publish weekly readiness status to expansion PMs from T-12 weeks - Maintain <0.5% ASIN gap rate on active international store catalogs with defined intake SLAs and 5-business-day turnaround for new items - Own the catalog ops workback for each Vendor Central migration cohort (3,500 vendors) — track cross-functional dependencies with defined SLAs, escalate silent blockers with data - Build and own the steady-state vendor listing friction support workstream for WFM vendors on Vendor Central - Drive cross-organizational stakeholder engagement across WFM, ASCS, GDO, GMT, and Amazon Retail systems - Own volume forecasting, HC planning against inflow, and intake channel design - Define SOPs, escalation paths, and partner maps for international catalog maintenance and vendor listing workflows - Communicate program status, risks, and go/no-go recommendations to senior leadership About the team GCOI (Grocery Catalog Operations & Intel) owns catalog operations across Amazon's grocery ecosystem — Wholefoods, Grocery Partnerships, Amazon Fresh, and SSD-G & Quick Commerce. We support everything from ASIN/offer creation to attribute maintenance within ASCS. Our differentiator: deep domain knowledge of end-to-end catalog flows lets us design, build, and deploy automation without dedicated engineering headcount, collapsing the cycle from defect identification to automation within the same team.
