Key job responsibilities We're looking for a dynamic Sales Specialist to own relationships with our D2C brands, drive adoption of our end to end SaaS solutions, and ensure customer success. • Manage the end-to-end sales cycle from prospecting and cold outreach to deal closure. • Drive product adoption and usage metrics across accounts • Work closely with brands to improve early success on our platform • Coordinate with internal teams for seamless client onboarding and support. • Strong understanding of e-commerce and D2C ecosystem . • Data-driven approach to problem-solving • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
