We are seeking a Supply Chain Manager to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will handle ambiguous initiatives and help design long-term solutions for our ultra-fast fulfillment network in Canada. You will work both tactically and strategically, solving complex problems in supply chain planning, launch, and network optimization Key job responsibilities - Manage complex supply chain initiatives with considerable impact - Present findings and recommendations to senior leadership, contributing to strategic narratives and communicating across diverse functions - Implement long-term supply chain strategies that balance speed, cost, and service performance - Drive process improvements that impact organizational goals across programs and potentially multiple countries - Partner with cross-functional teams including Operations, Finance, Product, Technology, and Science to optimize supply chain performance - Navigate contentious issues across stakeholder teams, building consensus and influencing without authority - Conduct deep-dive analyses to identify root causes and implement scalable solution A day in the life Amazon offers a full range of benefits that support you and eligible family members, including domestic partners and their children. About the team We are passionate about revolutionizing the delivery experience through innovative fulfillment solutions that enable speed. Our collaborative team combines analytical expertise with creative problem-solving to build and optimize our network to ensure we have capacity for long-term customer demand. We partner closely with Retail, Finance, Real Estate, Tech, and Operations teams to create sustainable solutions that delight customers. This role will work on Canada Speed programs from a Supply Chain perspective which would span across Topology, LTCP POR Generation, and as we begin to launch buildings include the IB and S&OP Execution related tasks

Salary

94,300 - 141,500 USD / yearly

Required Qualifications

  • 3+ years of program or project management experience (experience, 3 years)
  • 3+ years of working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams experience (experience, 3 years)
  • 3+ years of defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics experience (experience, 3 years)
  • 2+ years of supply chain experience (experience, 2 years)
  • Bachelor's degree (degree)
  • Knowledge of Excel (Pivot Tables, VLookUps) at an advanced level and SQL (experience)
  • Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements (experience)

Preferred Qualifications

  • 3+ years of driving end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership experience (experience, 3 years)
  • 3+ years of driving process improvements experience (experience, 3 years)
  • Experience in stakeholder management, dealing with multiple stakeholders at varied levels of the organization (experience)
  • Experience building processes, project management, and schedules (experience)
