We are seeking a System Development Engineer with experience in software engineering support or an equivalent role, and a track record of driving projects that improve software development, operational, and customer-facing processes. Key job responsibilities You will partner with Software Engineers to develop scalable and highly resilient systems therefore system design together with coding are key! Diagnose and resolve complex production issues across a large-scale analytics platform, performing thorough troubleshooting and root cause analysis Develop new features spanning services across multiple stacks, using Java, Python and TypeScript on AWS (Lambda, DynamoDB, OpenSearch) Design and implement monitoring and alarming to ensure platform reliability, data freshness, and performance Manage software deployments and supporting infrastructure in AWS and web technology environments Collaborate with cross-functional teams and contribute to a shared knowledge base to improve operational excellence
