Execute recurring program workflows (tracker updates, milestone follow-ups, compliance checks, vendor coordination) with accuracy and adherence to defined timelines 2. Perform structured data pulls and analysis to surface trends, flag deviations, and support root cause investigations led by senior team members 3. Maintain operational dashboards, reports, and program documentation with zero lag and complete data integrity 4. Coordinate with cross-functional partners (operations, finance, supply chain, last-mile) to collect inputs, follow up on pending action items, and ensure dependencies are closed on time 5. Identify process gaps or recurring defects in daily operations and escalate with supporting data and preliminary observations 6.
