As an AMZL Last Mile Team Lead, responsible for managing end-to-end Delivery Station operations and ensuring safe, efficient, and customer-centric execution of the Last Mile delivery process. Lead shift operations, operational planning, capacity management, and execution of daily business plans to consistently achieve performance, quality, and customer experience targets. Manage and develop frontline teams, including Delivery Associates and Team Leads, by driving productivity, engagement, training, performance management, and a strong culture of ownership and accountability. Partner closely with Delivery Service Partners (DSPs) and cross-functional stakeholders to ensure adequate delivery capacity, manpower, vehicle/biker availability, and peak readiness. Monitor and analyze key operational metrics to identify performance gaps, bottlenecks, and root causes, and implement timely corrective actions. Drive continuous improvement through standardized processes, Kaizen, Lean methodologies, and data-driven problem solving to improve productivity, reduce defects, eliminate waste, and enhance operational efficiency. Own customer experience and delivery performance by proactively managing escalations, risks, and operational constraints. Ensure compliance with Amazon’s safety, quality, and operational standards while maintaining strong stakeholder relationships.
