Responsibilities

• 製品やポリシーに関する問い合わせに対し、所定のガイドラインに従って、基本から中級レベルの複雑な問題を特定、解決できるようになります。お客様の様々な問題に対処しながら、常に満足していただけるよう努めます。
• コンタクトセンターでの電話対応はモニター、レビュー、評価の対象となります。Service teamで成功を収めるには、そうしたペースの速い成果主義の職場環境に順応し、楽しめることが求められます。
