This role is located in New York.In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways: Partner with senior engineering leaders to translate strategic priorities into actionable workforce plansIdentify, assess, and manage financial risks and opportunities across the organizationSupport workforce planning and resource optimization, including headcount forecasting and requisition pipeline managementWork closely with the CFO to correlate financial impacts and variances with workforce trendsDeliver reporting and insights to support data-driven decision-making around organizational health, capacity, and talent demandOversee vendor-related planning and governance across external labor, software, and purchased servicesSupport procurement processes including demand intake, approvals, purchase order creation, and invoice coordinationDevelop and maintain high-quality executive reporting materials for leadership reviewsDrive process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency, controls, and overall quality of business management supportContribute to ongoing transformation efforts and help evolve the operating model to support long-term business performance To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the followingRequired qualificationsBachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experienceSignificant experience in business management, finance, chief of staff, operations, or a related function within a complex organizationExperience supporting senior leaders and operating in a highly matrixed, global environmentDemonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver high-quality work under tight timelinesStrong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to turn data into actionable insightsExcellent written and verbal communication skills, including executive-level presentation and reporting capabilitiesProven ability to build strong partnerships across finance, engineering, HR, sourcing, and other support functions Preferred qualificationsExperience supporting engineering, technology, or infrastructure organizationsFamiliarity with workforce planning and organizational resource managementExperience with vendor governance, procurement processes, and external spend managementExposure to large-scale operating model or organizational transformation initiativesStrong continuous improvement mindset with the ability to streamline processes and enhance controls
