We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Director, Client Executive to join our Alternatives Global Client Coverage teams within Asset Servicing. This role can be located in Boston or New York. In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways: Manage a book of clients driving the development of new business & maintaining existing revenue streams whilst supporting premium tier 1 relationships working collaboratively with other members of the Relationship TeamBroaden existing relationships and ensure the highest level of customer acumenDemonstrate proactive problem resolution by promoting the Company’s core values with integrity and professionalismSupport the preparation of client presentations, business acceptance, internal / external meetings, product collaboration, and sale executionConvey a deep understanding of industry themes within the Alternatives industry and take responsibility for achievement of organic, incremental growth (revenue, asset) goals within assigned client portfoliosResearch, support, organize, present and drive the implementation of client account planPro-actively seek “stretch project” opportunities and initiatives leveraging the global scale of the CompanyWork collaboratively with our Pricing Team to obtain FTE, Profitability Analysis of Add-on Business To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following: Bachelor’s degree or the equivalent combination of education and experience is required10 plus years of overall experience is required.Knowledge of Custody, Capital Markets, Hedge and Private Market Investments would be beneficial facilitating the lifecycle management Alternative clientsWorking understanding of various utilities such as KYC, Pricing & Billing Proven ability to navigate and develop internal networksBachelor’s degree or the equivalent combination of education and experience is preferableSufficient years of total work experience preferredExperience in Relationship Management, Client Services or Account ManagementApplicable local/regional licenses or certifications as required by the business.
