We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Executive Assistant to join our BNY Wealth team. This role is located in San Francisco.This is an exciting opportunity for a highly organized, polished, and proactive professional to support a senior executive leader in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. The role offers visibility across the organization and the chance to serve as a trusted partner, helping drive efficiency, organization, and seamless day-to-day executive operations.In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways:Provide high-level administrative support to a senior executive leader, helping manage priorities in a fast-moving environmentHandle sensitive information with discretion, sound judgment, and a high degree of confidentialityManage complex scheduling, coordination, and prioritization across meetings, deliverables, and business needsCommunicate effectively and professionally with internal and external stakeholdersBuild strong working relationships and serve as a key point of coordination across teams and partnersDemonstrate strong attention to detail, accuracy, and follow-through in all aspects of workUse technology and business tools effectively to support executive operations and team efficiencyAnticipate needs, solve problems proactively, and help create a seamless experience for the executive leader you supportExhibit professionalism, executive presence, composure, and adaptability in a high-visibility roleTo be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following:High school/secondary school education or an equivalent combination of education and experience required; bachelor’s degree preferredApplicable vocational training or coursework related to business software, administrative support, or business communication preferredAssociate degree or relevant business certifications preferredStrong organizational, communication, and prioritization skillsAbility to manage multiple responsibilities with discretion, professionalism, and sound judgmentComfort working with business technology, including Microsoft Office and other administrative toolsDemonstrated ability to build relationships, stay ahead of needs, and support senior leaders effectively In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways: Discretion and ConfidentialityStrong Business and Financial AcumenProactive Organization and PrioritizationExceptional Communication SkillsTech and Systems FluencyRelationship and Stakeholder ManagementAttention to Detail and AccuracyAnticipatory Thinking and Problem SolvingProfessionalism and Executive PresenceResilience and Composure To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following: High school/secondary school or the equivalent combination of education and experience is required; bachelor's degree preferred.
