Team overview: The Alternatives Fund Accounting Department is responsible for the preparation of net asset value (NAV) for a number of Hedge Funds investing in a variety of financial instrument types such as equity, debt, derivatives and money market. We perform end to end valuation processes mostly with daily and monthly deadlines. We have direct contact with our clients (fund managers) and liaise with several teams internally.​ Hedge Funds NAV calculation​ Cash and Asset reconciliation​ Trade reconciliation, pricing review​ Corporate Actions review and booking​ Expense booking / payment instructions​ Fund audit support, onboarding and liquidation processing In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways: Responsible for reviewing client accounting books and records Liaising and responding to clients and third parties, ensuring that client and third-party requests or queries are dealt with appropriately.
