We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Senior Specialist, POM Product Owner, to join our Digital Channel Platform team. This role is located in Pune In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways:Own and execute product roadmap items aligned to Marketplace vision and OKRsTranslate business requirements into user stories, acceptance criteria, and delivery milestonesDrive sprint execution in partnership with engineering and design teamsEnsure timely delivery of features with high quality and reliabilityImprove end-to-end user journeys (discovery, onboarding, usage, and support)Drive enhancements across UI/UX, navigation, and developer experienceIdentify opportunities to increase engagement and platform usageCollaborate with product, platform, API, and business teams to align prioritiesWork with Platform contributors to onboard APIs, data products, and servicesEnsure consistent messaging and experience across Marketplace and integrated platformsCommunicate progress, risks, and dependencies to leadershipWork closely with engineering on platform capabilities (API onboarding, search, subscriptions, authentication)Support integration with backend systems (e.g., API platforms, CRM workflows, entitlement systems)Drive improvements in API documentation, onboarding flows, and developer toolingEnsure product decisions align with technical feasibility and scalabilityEnsure adherence to security, risk, and compliance requirementsSupport backlog prioritization for technical debt, vulnerabilities, and stability improvementsManage production issues, escalations, and continuous improvement cyclesMaintain release readiness and operational resilienceLeverage analytics (e.g., user funnels, search behavior, engagement data) to inform decisionsUse customer feedback loops to refine product features and roadmapDrive experimentation and incremental improvements across Marketplace capabilitiesContribute to AI-driven enhancements (search, chatbot, personalization) To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following:Candidate should have 5-8 years of total experienceExperience in product management, preferably in digital platforms, APIs, or marketplacesKnowledge of API documentation, Sandbox, MCP, Certificate management, Snowflake is preferredStrong understanding of agile delivery and product lifecycle managementAbility to translate business needs into technical solutionsExperience working with cross-functional teams (engineering, UX, business)Strong communication and stakeholder management skillsAnalytical mindset with focus on data-driven decision-makingFamiliarity with API ecosystems, developer platforms, or SaaS products preferred
