We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Senior Specialist, Production Services Infrastructure Support Analyst to join our Data Center Services team. This role is in Nashville, TN – ONSITE. In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways: This is a hands-on, onsite data center technician role focused on physical infrastructure operations, supporting a 24x7 mission-critical environment. Shift work may be required.Execute hands-on installation, break/fix, and lifecycle management of data center infrastructure (servers, storage, and network devices)Perform structured cabling (fiber and copper), cabinet buildouts, and assist with space planning in accordance with design standardsSupport 24x7 Data Center operations through incident response, troubleshooting, and shift coverageExecute small to mid-size infrastructure tasks and projects across competing prioritiesMaintain accurate documentation, asset tracking, and audit recordsAdhere to strict safety, security, and change management proceduresContribute to the development and adoption of AI-enabled monitoring and automation capabilities to improve operational efficiency and incident responseComply with all data center safety requirements, including adherence to operational controls and secure handling of equipment and media To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following: An individual with a bachelor’s degree in computer science or equivalent field or with 5-7 years of field experience working in large scale data centers.Experience with ticketing systems (e.g., ServiceNow) and data center infrastructure management (DCIM) tools preferred. Strong troubleshooting and incident response skills in a production environmentAbility to work in a data center environment, including lifting equipment (50–70 lbs), working in raised-floor environments, and standing for extended periods
