This role is located in Pune.BNY is seeking a Network IT Service Manager to oversee the delivery, stability, security, and continuous improvement of network infrastructure services. This role is responsible for ensuring the organization’s network environment and associated platforms remain reliable, compliant, secure, and cost-effective in support of business operations.The successful candidate will lead key service management activities across network, infrastructure reliability, IT asset lifecycle management, vendor oversight, financial management, vulnerability remediation, and regulatory compliance. This role will partner closely with infrastructure teams, external suppliers, and internal stakeholders to deliver high-quality services and strengthen operational resilience.In this role, you’ll make an impact by:Maintaining accurate records of IT assets, including network components, hardware, and software, with strong controls around tracking, auditing, and lifecycle management.Driving service excellence through monitoring, performance management, and the identification of continuous improvement opportunities.Partnering with stakeholders across technology and business teams to understand service requirements, resolve issues, and provide updates on initiatives and performance.Managing external vendor relationships, including procurement coordination, contract support, service level oversight, and performance monitoring.Supporting IT financial management activities, including budget oversight, cost tracking, and optimization of infrastructure-related spend.Leading vulnerability management efforts across network services, ensuring timely identification, prioritization, and remediation of risks.Ensuring compliance with applicable regulatory, security, privacy, and operational requirements affecting network infrastructure.Managing the Secure Systems Development Lifecycle for network-related solutions and services.Fostering a collaborative, inclusive team environment that enables strong communication, accountability, and shared success.Supporting business continuity, resilience, and disaster recovery readiness for network services.
