Product Management (Data) to join our Asset Owner team. This role is located in Boston, MA, NYC, NY. or Lake Mary, FL. ResponsibilitiesSet the product vision for the data and channel distribution supporting our Performance & Compliance solutions, ensuring that we continue to build and deliver a market-leading capability to support our Asset Owner and Asset Manager clients.Lead a cross-functional pod comprised of partners across business, technology, and operations to execute on the product vision supporting all product development efforts and channels:Define target-state data capabilities, workflows, and business processes to improve scalability, transparency, and efficiency.Gather, document, and refine business requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria to support solution design and agile delivery.Drive execution across the end-to-end product lifecycle, including discovery, prioritization, design, testing, implementation, and ongoing enhancement.Partner with clients and stakeholders to identify business data needs, operational data challenges, data process gaps, dependencies, and risks, and incorporate those into delivery priorities and planning.Use metadata, metrics, and user feedback to evaluate outcomes and continuously improve product performance and user experience.Promote effective collaboration, transparency, and accountability across delivery teams and stakeholder groups.Provide leadership and subject matter guidance to clients and colleagues. Contribute to broader strategic and transformation initiatives as needed. Requirements:Bachelor’s degree or the equivalent combination of education and experience is required. 8 plus years of overall experience.Deep subject matter knowledge in data management and exposure to performance measurement, attribution, related processes and use cases in investment operations.Experience in product management, product ownership, business analysis, platform delivery, or business transformation within financial services.Demonstrated ability to define business requirements, manage competing priorities, and translate strategic objectives into clear execution plans.Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build alignment across business, technology, operations, risk, and compliance partners.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to navigate complex processes and organizational structures.Experience working in agile delivery environments and leading or coordinating cross-functional teams.Bachelor’s degree or the equivalent combination of education and experience is required Preferred experience in performance measurement and attribution at an asset manager or asset owner. Experience working with and leveraging AI in product developmentPreferred experience working with business process design, operational workflows, controls, and data dependencies in a complex environment
