We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Analyst (Specialist), Client Coverage to join our Corporate Trust team. This role is located in Wrocław, Poland.In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways:Ensure timely monthly completion of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for all ClientsAssist in the coordination and setup of all Client Service Review meetingsAssist in the completion and timely posting of Client call reports to eCRMAssist the RM Team on the creation and updating of all presentation decks for Client new business pitchesBuild knowledge of eCRM and assist designated RMs in ensuring all their relevant entries are up to date and accurateAssist the RM Team in the tracking and completion of all new deal onboarding tasksWork closely with respective teams (RM, TMG, KYC, Client Service) to improve/streamline the onboarding processConduct market analysis and collate data analytics to support the Team’s commercial growth strategyBecome familiar with ODM and the creation of Client fee schedulesAssist the RM team in the completion of all KYC profile (new and periodic renewal) requirements in a timely mannerTo be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following:Bachelor’s degree or the equivalent combination of education and experience is required3-5 years of total work experience preferredExperience in Relationship Management, Client Services or Account Management preferredProficient in Excel, PowerPoint and Data Management
