We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Associate, Client Processing Oversight to join our UK Transfer Agency team. This role is located in Manchester, UK . Conduct oversight of work processed in our operational processing centers to ensure all client service standards are met/exceeded. This work may include transaction processing, records maintenance, payments, reconciliations and other processes for Transfer Agency. Investigate and resolve day-to-day operational queries, issues, and incidents and analyze data to monitor performance and drive continuous improvement Ensure all work is processed in line with clients’ regulatory requirements including CASS, COLL, COBS, DISP, GDPR and Consumer Duty as applicable Develop and maintain procedures, guidelines, and checklists for Transfer Agency To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following: Combination of education, training, and experience that demonstrates the ability to perform the responsibilities of the role. A bachelor's degree may be beneficial, but not necessarily required. Experience in a financial services operational area and/or client services preferred.
