We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Specialist, Corporate Actions II to join our team. This role is located in Pittsburgh, PA. In-office requirement is four days. In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways: Responsible for performing mandatory and voluntary corporate action-related custody and accounting processing requirements, such as dividend payments, reorganization/proxy, bond redemption, etc. Manage and control high levels of risk and liability inherent in various functions, including reconciliation activities, client reporting and proration on transactions. Proactively recognize, research and process moderately intricate mandatory and voluntary corporate action events, including monitoring, scrubbing and notification of complex global market events. Research and respond to inquiries from internal business groups, depositories, agents, brokers, clients, Investment Managers, sub custodians and/or custodians. To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following: Bachelor's degree in a related discipline or the equivalent combination of education and experience is required. 3-5 years of total work experience preferred. Experience in financial services or corporate actions preferred. Applicable local/regional licenses or certifications as required by the business.
