You will work closely with experienced professionals and cross-functional teams, supporting the successful setup and activation of new funds and clients.If you are looking for a role where you can learn, grow, and gradually take on more responsibility, this is a great opportunity to build a strong foundation for your future career within BNY.In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways: Support onboarding and activation activities for new funds and clients, ensuring readiness for fund launches,Perform accurate setup, configuration, and validation of fund structures within BNY’s internally developed systemsAssist in reviewing key fund accounting deliverables, including static data, accounting setups, and initial outputs,Collaborate with different teams (Fund Accounting, Custody, Transfer Agency, Technology) to support smooth transitions to business-as-usual operations including reconciliation and issue resolutionSupport the transition of fund servicing from legacy providers, ensuring completeness, accuracy, and adherence to defined timelinesHelp track timelines and follow up on outstanding items to ensure timely deliveryRespond to queries from internal stakeholders and support ongoing project communication,Contribute to maintaining a strong control environment by ensuring accuracy and completeness of data,Work closely with more senior team members, gaining exposure to complex client setups and processes. To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following:2+ years of relevant experience in fund accounting, finance, or a related area,Basic understanding of financial markets or fund structures,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills,Very good English communication skills,Good knowledge of MS Excel,Strong attention to detail and ability to manage deadlines,Critical thinking in positive sense with respect to the data analysed and ability to identify anomalies,Understanding of dependencies between financial figures.Nice to HaveExposure to process improvement, automation, or data analytics tools Experience working in a team-oriented, deadline-driven environmentCuriosity / interest in financial/capital markets / fund industry.
