This role is located in Lake Mary, FL.In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways:Lead and mentor a team of Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) and DevOps engineers across multiple locations and time zones.Define and drive technical strategy for deployment automation and infrastructure reliability, ensuring high availability, scalability, and reliability of infrastructure and deployment systems.Design, develop, and operate automation platforms supporting continuous integration and continuous delivery (CI/CD), leveraging backend services primarily in Python and Go.Manage cloud and hybrid infrastructure environments, including MS Azure and on-prem Private Cloud, using Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) tools such as Terraform and Ansible, and container orchestration technologies like Kubernetes and Docker. To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following:Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related discipline, or equivalent work experience required; advanced degree preferred. 10-12 years of related experience required; experience in the securities or financial services industry is a plus. Previous success in technical engineering Coding experience beyond simple scripts8+ years of software engineering experience, including DevOps or Site Reliability Engineering roles.2–3+ years of engineering leadership or team management experience.Strong programming experience in Python or Go.Deep understanding of Linux systems and distributed systems architecture.Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS or GCP).Experience building and maintaining CI/CD platforms or deployment systems.Experience with Kubernetes and container orchestration.Experience with infrastructure automation tools (Terraform, Ansible, or similar).Strong knowledge of databases and messaging systems (e.g., PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Redis, RabbitMQ, SQS).
