We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Vice President, Business Continuity/Recovery to join our Risk & Regulatory Compliance team. This role is located in Manchester, UK In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways:Develop and implement business continuity plans by leveraging expertise in risk assessment to ensure seamless recovery processes.Lead initiatives to identify vulnerabilities and mitigate risks through strategic planning and coordination with various departments.Coordinate and conduct regular testing of recovery strategies and systems, ensuring their effectiveness in real-world scenarios.Collaborate with stakeholders to enhance resilience strategies, demonstrating strong interpersonal and communication skills.Stay abreast of regulatory requirements and industry best practices, ensuring compliance and continuous improvement.Provide guidance and support in crisis situations, ensuring swift and effective decision-making to minimize impact. To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following:Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Risk Management, or a related field.Advanced certifications in Business Continuity or Risk Management are advantageous.Exceptional risk assessment and strategic planning skills.Strong communication and collaboration abilities.Demonstrated leadership skills in crisis management and recovery operations.
