In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways: ETF Product & InnovationCollaborate with internal and external stakeholders to develop new and enhance existing ETF product servicesApply a client-focused and strategic mindset to identify opportunities for innovationDevelop business cases to support investment decisions and product enhancementsSystems Analysis & DeliveryTranslate complex business and operational requirements into clear system designs and practical solutionsPartner closely with developers, business analysts, and project managers to deliver complex system enhancementsData, Metrics & Process ImprovementWork with Service and Operations Management to analyze workforce deployment, process overlaps and gaps, and productivity and efficiency metricsIdentify measurement gaps and develop appropriate metrics and methodologies to support decision-making and continuous improvementGovernance & Cross-Functional CollaborationPartner with Technology, Operations, Risk, Compliance, and Legal teams throughout the product development lifecycleUse delivery tools such as Jira and Confluence to track risks, issues, dependencies, and progress. To be successful in this role, we’re seeking someone with: Experience in business analysis or systems analysis within enterprise environmentsExposure to ETF servicing or asset servicing operationsA background in one or more of the following areas: Custody, Fund Accounting, Transfer Agency, Derivatives, or related operational functionsExperience working in Agile delivery environmentsFamiliarity with API integrations and system connectivity conceptsStrong data skills, including:Data management and aggregationAnalytical reporting and visualizationExperience with tools and technologies such as VBA, SQL, Excel, PowerPoint, and ideally Power BI or similar visualization toolsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsThe ability to clearly articulate product strategy, roadmaps, and vision to senior stakeholdersA bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
