We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Vice President, Full-Stack Engineer to join our team . This role is located in Chennai. In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways: Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using Java and modern frontend technologies (e.g., React, Angular). Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product, design, and QA to deliver high-quality software solutions. Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code following best practices. Optimize application performance and troubleshoot issues across the stack. Participate in code reviews, mentoring, and knowledge sharing to elevate team capabilities. Continuously learn and apply new technologies to improve development processes and product quality. To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following: Strong proficiency in Java and related frameworks (Spring Boot, Hibernate). Experience with frontend frameworks such as React or Angular. Solid understanding of RESTful APIs, microservices architecture, and cloud platforms Expertise in database design and SQL/NoSQL databases. Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), automated testing and test-driven development. Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently and collaboratively. Proven track record of delivering complex projects efficiently. Experience in Agile/Scrum environments. Knowledge of security best practices in web development. Strong communication skills. Node JS, WebSocket, Hazel cast, JMS MQ, JPA for distributed service based architecture, understanding of Gitlab, Docker, bootstrap, bower, grunt and related development/deployment tools. Exposure to asynchronous programming and web sockets.
