We’re seeking a future team member for the role Vice President, Full-Stack Engineer to join our Asset Servicing team. This role is located in Pittsburgh, PA. We are looking for a strong T-shaped software developer with working experience with business data, preferably focused on ECB related regulations automation, a solid affinity for data analysis, and a curious, adaptable mindset to keep pace with the rapid evolution of AI and deliver creative, effective solutions. The individual must have very good organization of thought and strong analytical thinking skills to be able break down complex problems and develop solutions collaborating across all functional line. Preferable to have knowledge of Asset Owner Fund Accounting with a view of the regulatory environment like ERISA and other European based regulations. This role is part of a broader global team and will work closely with partners across India and the United States. The successful candidate will demonstrate strong communication skills, analytical thinking, and the ability to collaborate effectively across geographies. In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways: Design and develop backend features and componentsProvide application development services and technical support in complex scenariosLead technical design, development, and documentation for cross‑functional, multi‑platform systemsSupport deployment, maintenance, and continuous improvement initiativesContribute to engineering excellence through collaboration, code reviews, and best‑practice adoptionParticipate in the technical design, development, and implementation of application systemsDesign and develop well‑structured, testable, and efficient codeCreate test transactions and develop documentation describing installation and operating proceduresUtilize standard development procedures and techniques to build programs of moderate complexity, including match/merge processing and use of internal program tablesFollow the Software Development Life Cycle with an AI‑first mindsetAnalyze, design, and develop automated test suites and quality assurance proceduresDevelop flowcharts, layouts, and documentation to support business and technical requirementsMaintain software functionality and currency by addressing technical debt and driving continuous improvementActively participate in code reviews and integrate software components into fully functional systemsApply security, privacy, and risk management principles throughout the development lifecycleExecute full lifecycle software development, including troubleshooting, debugging, and upgrading existing systemsParticipate in deployment activities in compliance with all change management controlsProvide ongoing maintenance, support, and enhancements to existing platformsOffer recommendations to improve performance, scalability, and reliabilityActively engage in continuous learning and complete all mandatory training and policy awareness requirements on timeLeverage learning platforms such as Pluralsight to achieve both required and aspirational development goals outlined in personal development plansCollaborate closely with engineers, data engineers, business users, project managers, and cross‑functional partners to deliver high‑quality solutionsWork alongside team members to elevate engineering standards and apply best practices consistentlyParticipate in local meetups and knowledge‑sharing forums to gain and contribute expertise To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline, or equivalent practical experience7-10 years + of software development experience with Java, Spring, and Angular, Oracle and LLM modelsStrong experience building web applications using Java, Spring, Spring Boot, and Angular (16+)Proficiency in Core Java, J2EE frameworks, Web Services, HTML/CSS, Web 2.0, and MySQL/Oracle databasesFamiliarity with Docker, Maven & JenkinsUnderstanding of CI/CD processes, code reviews and secure coding practices.
