Job Description
1. 使用者需求分析及管理2. 專案管理3. 系統及資料庫維護4. AP團隊及廠商管理 5. 資訊內控程序訂定及執行 1. 5年以上系統分析及1年以上AP團隊管理經驗。2. 良好的溝通及問題洞悉處理能力3. 抗壓性佳並能適切排程及分派資訊需求4. 具系統開發及金融保險業經驗/知識尤佳‧ 1+ year of leadership experience including coaching, training, and mentoring.‧ 5+ years experience as a business/requirements/systems analyst.‧ Good experience in resolving and working through escalated and complex issues.‧ Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy.‧ Conduct user requirement analysis for new system development.‧ Ability to make timely and independent judgment decisions while working in a fast-paced and results-driven environment.‧ Ability to prioritize work, meet deadlines, achieve goals and work under pressure in a dynamic and complex environment.‧ Software development and insurance industry background preferred.‧ Experience with MVC dot NET, MS SQL, Webservices, RESTFul services.
