Role Purpose: As a Business Analyst, you will be supporting business requirement gathering for a number of systems and business processes in the APAC region. You will be working directly with various business groups and IT teams within Chubb to ensure appropriate solutions are put in place to support the requirements of both internal and external users. The Business Analyst will be involved from initial scoping, discovery and documentation of requirements right through to post implementation and continuous improvements.Key Responsibilities:Capture detailed requirements from business users and stakeholdersDocument these requirements into User stories and/or Business Specifications for review & approval by business customers Manages and tracks the status of requirements throughout the project lifecycle; enforce and redefine as necessary Provide on-site support and management of User Acceptance Testing Ensures that change management processes are adhered toSupport Testing processes (both IT & business testing)Work with users to establish best practice principles Play an active role in all phases of the project lifecycle, encompassing planning, functional design, development, testing, user liaison, training, deployment planning and execution, and end-user support.
