Education: Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business Administration, Information Technology, Finance, or related fields.Experience: Minimum 8 years of experience in digital transformation project management, with at least 3 years in life insurance or financial services.Prefer candidates who have led large-scale projects in claims, operations, digital transformation, and have experience working with C-level executives.Knowledge & Skills:Strategic thinking, strong financial analysis and planning skills.Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence and persuade senior stakeholders.Proficient in change management, conflict resolution, creative and pragmatic problem-solving.Data management, analytics, and experience with AI/Machine Learning are advantages.Personal Attributes & Working Style:Resilient, professional, autonomous, transparent, highly committed to results.Able to adapt quickly to fast-paced, high-pressure environments.Certifications: Preferably Scrum Master, Product Owner, PMP or equivalent certifications.English: Good communication skills with international stakeholders.
