Role OverviewThe Data Lead for TH is responsible for ensuring the successful delivery of Thailand’s planned data initiatives, driving measurable business benefits, and acting as the primary conduit between global and local stakeholders. This role bridges business context and technical delivery, ensuring alignment and quality across all data projects.Key ResponsibilitiesObjective Delivery of Data InitiativesLead and oversee the execution of all data-related projects in Thailand, ensuring timely delivery and achievement of business objectives.Demonstrate and communicate business benefits of data initiatives to market stakeholders.Stakeholder Management & CommunicationAct as the key conduit between global teams, market stakeholders, IT, and data delivery team, facilitating effective collaboration Bridge business context and language gaps, ensuring clear understanding and alignment across all parties.Bring relevant business context to technical discussions, facilitating communication and issue resolution.Gather and relay market feedback to global teams for continuous improvement.Quality AssuranceConduct quality checks on data delivery team deliverables, ensuring outputs meet business requirements and standards.Monitor project progress and proactively address risks and issues impacting quality or timelines. Qualifications & ExperienceBachelor’s degree in Data related fields, Information Technology, Business, or related field (Master’s preferred).5+ years’ experience in data project management, business analytics, or related roles.Proven track record of delivering data initiatives with measurable business impact.Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with experience working in multinational environments.Familiarity with data quality assurance processes and tools.Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.Skills & CompetenciesExcellent communication and interpersonal skills.Strong project management and organizational abilities.Proficiency in data analytics tools and platforms (e.g., SQL, Power BI, Databrick).Analytical mindset with attention to detail.Ability to work independently and collaboratively across teams.Fluency in English; Thai language
