Chubb is seeking a Digital Marketing Manager responsible for supporting the development and execution of digital marketing strategies that drive media and content creation initiatives to support our Digital Business (Renters, Valuables and Pets/Healthy Paws). Position SummaryThis position supports multi-channel digital marketing efforts while ensuring messaging remains clear, engaging, and aligned with brand standards and regulatory requirements. The role partners with internal stakeholders and external agencies to help deliver marketing programs that simplify complex insurance products and strengthen customer engagement.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport digital marketing strategies across paid media, creative assets, SEO, AEO and content developmentAssist with creative development and help ensure consistency in brand messaging and visual standardsDevelop content for digital channels tailored to high-net-worth audiencesSupport lead generation and awareness initiatives through integrated media campaignsCollaborate with internal teams and agency partners to deliver compliant, effective marketing programsMonitor campaign performance and share recommendations for improvementWrite and edit content for digital channels, including web pages and campaign assetsCreate and edit marketing copy for digital channels, ensuring content is accurate, on-brand, and aligned with business goals 3–5 years of experience in digital marketing, media or content strategyStrong understanding of media and digital content developmentProficiency in Google and Bing SearchUnderstanding of Google Analytics and the ability to analyze dataExperience working in regulated industries, preferably insurance or financial servicesAbility to manage multiple priorities and cross-functional stakeholdersStrong communication, project management, and analytical skillsThe pay range for the role is $99,000 to $121,000. The specific offer will depend on an applicant’s skills and other factors. This role may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program.
