Job Description

此職位負責執行外撥及/或接聽銷售電話，向潛在及現有客戶推廣安達的保險產品系列（通常包括意外及健康險 A&H、人壽險或個人保險）。TMR 必須在達成高績效銷售目標的同時，兼顧服務品質、合規要求，並提供卓越的客戶體驗。 1.具高中/職以上學歷。2.具電話行銷或業務經驗者佳。 3.正面積極、健談且有工作熱忱、表達能力佳、有耐心、配合度高。4.具抗壓性，不想領固定死薪水，具企圖心欲向高薪挑戰者。5.口條清晰，反應靈敏。
