You will be responsible for delivering high-quality claims outcomes through effective investigation, reserving and adjustment, while providing a consistently exceptional service experience to clients and other stakeholders.As a specialist, you will bring strong technical claims expertise, sound judgement and a proactive approach to each file. You’ll work closely with internal teams, external counsel and other key stakeholders to assess coverage, investigate loss, manage litigation strategy and drive claims to timely and appropriate resolution, all in line with Chubb’s claims philosophy, best practice guidelines and relevant regulatory requirements.In this role, you will:Analyse first report of claim, suit or underlying material to determine nature of loss, coverage provided and scope of damageConduct or direct needed investigation relative to all aspects of reported claims.
