HR Business Partner | Chubb TaiwanWe’re hiring an HR Business Partner with 5–8 years of HR experience to join Chubb Taiwan’s HR team.This role partners closely with business leaders, the HR Head, and APAC HR teams to support people initiatives and HR projects in a multinational insurance environment.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide HR advisory support on people matters, workforce planning, and employee communicationSupport employee relations, performance discussions, and people management issuesAssist with compensation and benefits processes, including annual salary review, bonus, promotion, and HR data analysisSupport talent development, performance management, and employee learning initiativesDrive employee engagement, wellness, internal communication, and other people initiativesParticipate in HR projects, system implementation, process improvement, and regional HR initiatives 提供主管日常人員管理、人力規劃及員工溝通相關建議支援員工關係、績效溝通、員工關懷及人員管理議題協助年度調薪、獎金、升遷、薪酬分析及整理支援人才發展、績效管理及員工學習相關活動規劃並執行員工活動、健康促進、內部溝通及 engagement initiatives參與 HR 專案、系統導入、流程優化及區域總公司 HR initiatives Qualifications5–8 years of HR experience, preferably with HRBP, C&B, ER, HR operations, or employee engagement exposureExperience in multinational companies, financial services, or the insurance industry is a plusGood knowledge of Taiwan labor regulations and HR practicesStrong communication, stakeholder management, problem-solving, and execution skillsGood command of English and ChineseProactive, detail-oriented, and able to handle confidential matters professionallyIf you’re interested in building your HRBP career in a dynamic multinational environment, we’d love to hear from you.
