Additional information can be found at:www.chubb.comAbout the RoleWe’re looking for a dynamic leader to manage an underwriting team, champion service excellence and support the delivery of the team’s financial objectives.In this role, you will:Manage and oversee the Chubb Central Services Cyber & Tech IP team:Sales and ServiceShape and deliver a strong sales and service approach that creates a high-quality broker experience, while coaching and supporting the team to meet service standards, SLAs and NPS targets.Proactively engage with brokers and key stakeholders, providing updates, resolving issues and identifying training needs to lift performance. Staff ManagementLead all aspects of team management, including goal setting, performance reviews, one-on-ones, workflow planning, compensation reviews and compliance requirements.Build a high-performing team by recruiting, motivating, developing and retaining quality underwriters. Platform & Portfolio ManagementDrive platform and portfolio performance by improving user experience, referral handling, automation, onboarding, pricing and appetite settings.Oversee partner platforms, binder agreements and broker MOUs, while ensuring underwriting decisions align with strategy, authority levels and guidelines.Monitor portfolio performance, identify opportunities and support Product Managers with analysis, reporting and projects.
